Meet Draya

Hello! 

Engineer and logistician by trade, after 33yrs of service to my country I’ve chosen to give service to people!

I’m DRAYA, from the United States – raised in Alabama, I’ve also spent a few years in Maryland.  Mother, bicyclist, manager, skier, analyst, motorcyclist, fan of Football American, golfer, and more are just a few words that let you know who I am and what I like to do.

However, my greatest enjoyment in life is watching people do things for the very first time: visiting new places, trying new foods, meeting new people, and yes – learning a new language.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than watching a student realize they are communicating in English AND enjoying it!

Speak More With Me provides an AWESOME opportunity to use my experiences and life skills to create ways to help a non-Native speaker look forward to the challenge of rethinking and speaking in a new language.

New to Costa Rica (2025) I hope to see this wonderful country over the next few years, learn Spanish, and help anyone who truly wants to learn English in a fun and comfortable way!
